1. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & WEARABLE JEWELRY DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to display product finishes, textures, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in screen resolution, lighting, or plating shade do not constitute a manufacturing defect. All fashion jewelry must be kept dry and away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, sweat, and prolonged moisture; wear-and-tear or oxidation resulting from improper care is not covered under any warranty.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Souled Out Store be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the original purchase price paid for the product.

3. ANTI-FRAUD & CHARGEBACK ENFORCEMENT
By completing checkout, the buyer agrees not to file unauthorized credit card chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered merchandise, transit delays, or claims outside our strict 24-hour verification protocol. All checkout IP data, device telemetry, and carrier GPS delivery logs are archived and submitted to financial institutions to contest fraudulent disputes.
